Learn more about organizing the trip
We provide accompanied transfers from London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW) airports. Our staff will meet your child in the arrivals hall with a clearly visible sign. Transfers are included in the program price for flights arriving between 10:00 and 18:00 on the Sunday of arrival. Outside of these hours, a transfer can be booked for an additional fee of £100 one way.
In addition to personal seasonal clothing and comfortable shoes, students must have their own towels and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste), as the campus does not provide them.
Safety is our priority. Children live on the gated campus of Royal Holloway University. Group leaders (curators) and staff are present 24/7, accompany children on all excursions, and help resolve any everyday issues.
