WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CLASSES

We offer online mini-group English lessons for employees of your company. We create a personalized schedule tailored to your business goals, timelines, and specific company needs.

DURATION AND TRAINING CONDITIONS

• Lesson duration – 60 minutes

• Mini-groups of up to 10 people

• Individual schedule and program

• Lessons available in English

  The price is indicated for one month of training for a mini-group. This includes 8-9 lessons per month with a Ukrainian-speaking teacher and 4-5 conversational lessons with a native English speaker.

BONUS

We offer FREE conversational lessons with a native speaker as a third lesson per week. Speaking Club helps further improve language skills and enhance communication abilities.

HOW IT WORKS

1. We assess employees’ language level.

2. We conduct free testing and a mini-interview with employees to determine their proficiency level.

3. We group employees based on their language level.

4. We select and approve the training program:according to the business goals of the company.

5. We select a teacher. All Superior Education teachers have the necessary qualifications and follow a unified teaching methodology.

6. First lesson. We conduct lessons according to the approved program and individual schedule.

7. We integrate new employees into the training process if there are available spots in the group.

8. Reporting. Upon request, we provide reports on employee training: the number of lessons conducted and their cost, attendance, progress, and feedback.

9. Certification. At the end of the course, we conduct a final test, and based on the results, we issue a certificate confirming language proficiency at the corresponding CEFR level.
