You will enjoy 15 hours of interactive classes each week, along with an exciting programme of excursions and themed activities such as “London — Our City,” “Science and Wonder,” and “Harry Potter: Magic and Mysteries.” Learning takes place through full immersion, making English a natural part of everyday life. You will discover London with its landmarks, museums, iconic locations, and hidden gems. Each week includes an excursion to Oxford, Cambridge, or Brighton.

    15 hours of General English and exam preparation per week. Themed weeks with additional activities to help reinforce learning.

    Host family

    Choosing to stay with a host family allows you to live with Londoners, socialize, share meals, and experience daily life as part of a family. It’s full cultural immersion and a relaxed opportunity to practice English throughout the day. Each family is specially prepared for this role.

    Schedule

    Approximate weekly schedule

    Sunday: Starts with breakfast, followed by a full-day trip to Oxford. You’ll visit University Parks, have lunch at Christchurch Meadows, and explore the famous Christchurch College, where scenes from Harry Potter were filmed.

    Monday: Focus on lessons, from vocabulary work on the topic of mobile phones to grammar practice (modal verbs of obligation). After lunch, there’s a trip to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Evening activities include free time or sports games.

    Tuesday: Focus on cultural topics: discussing manners in different countries, British culture, and the royal family. After lessons, there’s a trip to Windsor, including a visit to Windsor Castle. Evening options include football or a movie.

    Wednesday: Covers topics like “appearance and personality,” pronunciation exercises, and a “photo story” project based on your trips. After lunch, a visit to Greenwich and the National Maritime Museum. Evening programme includes a walk around Wimbledon.

    Thursday: Begins with writing and pronunciation lessons, followed by an afternoon trip to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. Evening activities include a quiz or free time.

    Friday: Focus on reviewing material, discussions, and role-plays. In the afternoon, there’s a trip to Westminster and Buckingham Palace. Evening options include football or a movie.

    Saturday: Starts with breakfast, followed by a more relaxed schedule with final assignments and leisure time.

    Each day includes three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), evening activities, and time to socialize with friends.

    The activity programme is diverse and engaging, providing even more opportunities to practice English.

    • Brighton: Royal Pavilion, the picturesque Seven Sisters cliffs, and the famous promenade and pier

    • Oxford: historic university and Christ Church College — the real “Hogwarts school”

    Airport transfers are not included in the course fee. The school can organise transfers from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton airports for an additional cost. Current prices can be found in the booking form under “Extras.”
